I’m straight talking and playful. In fact I have found the more I am fully self expressed the better outcomes I get for people. People describe me as unique, human, cheeky and or course helping people cut through the noise to get to the truth of what is really going on. I excel in creating spaces where people feel safe enough to get honest, curious and courageous enough to experiment with a new way of being.
Yes I teach tools and techniques. Yes, I give practical language that works. But none of that means anything without awareness of the underlying patterns. When you have awareness, curiosity and courage, that’s where the real change happens. Not in a script. But in you.
After 20 years in People and Culture, 10 years as a leadership coach and 7 years of honing the On Point Conversations model, I have a deep level of expertise. What makes it even better is that I know it works because I was my own first student. From avoidance and ignoring to stepping up to the plate to have the most challenging conversations, I am testament to the power of this model.
